Shortly after your purchase, the license key will be sent to the email address you provided. If you haven't received it within a few minutes, kindly check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder.
In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us. We'll help you check for any minor typos in the registered email address that might have hindered you from receiving the required download or license details.
You will promptly receive an email with your license key upon completion of your order. Simply download the latest version of StreamOne from the Download Center and activate the full version using the provided license key.
After the renewal, you will receive a new license, which must be manually inputted. To activate the program again, tap on the Menu icon within StreamOne, then select "Register" > "Change Account," and enter the new license details.
The subscription will be automatically renewed at the current real-time price, which may differ from the initial purchase price. Occasionally, we do promotions where discounted prices are offered. It's important to note that any discounts applied to the initial purchase are not carried over to subsequent renewals. Renewals will be charged at the original price as indicated on our website.
