Shortly after your purchase, the license key will be sent to the email address you provided. If you haven't received it within a few minutes, kindly check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder, as it might have been mistakenly categorized.
In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us. We'll assist you in verifying if there's a minor typo in the registered email address that may have prevented you from receiving the necessary download or license details.
Once your order is complete, you'll promptly receive an email with your license key. Then just download the latest version of StreamOne from Download Center, and activate the full version with the license key.
After the renewal, you will receive a new license, and you need to input the renewed license manually. Please tap on the Menu icon of StreamOne, then click "Register" > "Change Account" and enter the new license to activate the program again.
The subscription will be automatically renewed at the current real-time price, which may differ from the initial purchase price. Occasionally, we do promotions where discounted prices are offered. It's important to note that any discounts applied to the initial purchase are not carried over to subsequent renewals. Renewals will be charged at the original price as indicated on our website.
